The Buyer process:

·   Buyer selects preferred cities and price range

·   Buyer signs bid authorization and bid funds are in the buyer’s name in the form of Cashier’s Checks

·   Upon purchase, buyer is solely vested on title via Trustee’s Deed

·   Buyer pays a flat service fee to The Company once the property has been purchased
